Gwenn Clayton and Biz Results Academy, the company, is serious about protecting your online privacy. This Privacy Statement explains our views and practices concerning privacy, and how they may pertain to you as a user engaging with this website and/ or purchasing our products and services.
You or Your means you as a participant in or as a user of the GwennClayton.com website. We or Our or Us means Biz Results Academy -the company and data controller responsible for your personal data. Our site means GwennClayton.com.
The company enables you to add your personal information to their database in a number of ways. 1. Directly. Simply by clicking on “Yes, I want this…” “Submit”, “Register”, “Buy”, “Contact” and similar ‘submit’ buttons you are providing your full consent to be added to the companies database and communication mechanism. SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, or interact with the site or us in any way eg as a customer, prospect, user, we collect the personal information you give us. This enables you to interact with our site and us to both fulfill and support the products you purchase / downloaded /interacted with or requested.
The data collected may include the following:- Your name. Email. Email address. Phone number. Business Name. Date of birth. Financial details (See data storage below). Personal comments and information given. Your marketing communication preferences. Direct communications from you via email, over the phone, surveys, competitions, contact forms, photographs at events/ meetings.
When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system so we can better improve the experience for all our users.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content (i.e. blog posts, YouTube videos, reports/whitepapers, etc.), and special events.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
When you provide us with your personal information for a secondary reason (for example- free reports, newsletter subscription, downloads, contests, registration forms, surveys, marketing messages, product or services, you have the opportunity to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at all times. There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of our marketing emails. When you opt out of our marketing communications, this opt out, does not apply to personal data given for other transactions such as purchases.
All personal information is held within the company’s website software and database.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on an “unsubscribe” link which is offered at the bottom of every email we send.
If you are unsuccessful in completing the instructions to unsubscribe specified in any communication, please e-mail us at [email protected], include a copy of the undesired email attached to the request, and state you wish to be removed from the mailing list.
Personal data is never sold, leased, or shared with any third parties. Nor does the company profile it’s subscribers, based on personal data. From time to time we may email you to ensure the personal data we hold for you is accurate and up to date.
SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. Also, if our site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell and support our products and services. In that case, you can be given the opportunity to unsubscribe both before and after the sale.
We may also need to disclosure your information to the following parties.

SECTION 4 – DATA STORAGE
Our shopping cart solution is hosted and managed by Stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
When you make a purchase, your data is stored through Stripe’s data storage, databases and the general Stripe application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripes stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. SECTION 6 – SECURITY
The security of your personal data is taken very seriously. The reality however is that over the internet security can never be 100%. Thus ultimately when you submit personal data you agree to acknowledge you do so at your own risk.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We only provide access to your data inhouse to employees on a need to know basis and in the understanding that your data is to be kept completely confidential.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Cookies enable us to track how you are using our site so that we can improve our products and services to match your needs. Cookies can be 'Strictly necessary', 'Performance', 'Functional', 'Persistent' or 'Session'.

We also use tracking pixels (i.e. Google Analytics) to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site. (This is non-personal data). Finally, we use remarking pixels from Facebook and receive information from Facebook's advertising network and Google to aid in customized, targeted followup advertising. We also receive data from Google search.
SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT
Children Age 18 and Under: The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 18 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 18 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 18 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.
